Computer Problem

My computer is really been very slow and it comes at a time when someone phoned me from a call centre from India saying that microsoft have been receiving complaints that my computer is slow. They wanted to sell an IT service which I do not want. I think they have done it.

I have deleted the cookies but the computer is painfully slow. It also automatically goes on a cookery link. I need help. I may just re-boot the computer with the original disk if all else fails. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Sounds like you might have some adware, malware installed on your PC, download and install the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and run it before you try reinstalling windows, it should correct your problem. It won't hurt your computer in any way, I promise, it can only help.

I now lose connection with Saddo sometimes if I go into threads. Why is that?

I keep getting thrown out by Saddo, I have installed the protection software suggested so is it because there is too much protection on the computer or that saddo is advertising so much that the programmes kicks me out of this forum?

maybe try installing a different web browser.
or goto START - RUN - and type in MSCONFIG and then goto the startup tab and see if anything unusual has a check mark beside it and if so then uncheck it and reboot.

Shall I use that Google Chrome, I use normal google, do you think that is their trick to get me to use Chrome?

I am using google chrome and having no problems, still think I was forced away from internet explorer and ordinary google.
