I think it will be much harder for Khan at welterweight. He has the speed to trouble most of the top fighters at the weight but do not think he has the skill and strength to hold them off to pull out a victory. Kell Brooks needs needs some further experience and exposure and maybe even win a title for Khan to think about fighting him. I think Brooks and Mike Jones can beat Khan.

Khan would beat the other fighters going up in weight like Alexander, Maidana and Ortiz.

I think Khan can be competitive at 147 if he is matched right

If Khan learns to move his head, then yes, the guys at 147 can walk through his punches, but if Khan can dodge theres better no problem. At the moment Khan just stands upright with his hands up and gets nailed.

Sure he can.. He has the height, reach and the frame to even compete as a junior middleweight in the near future..

Just like pacquiao, I think khan will be successful in the higher divisions due to his exceptional speed.

The only thing I think he suffers is under the technique department. He just reaches too much with his punches.

147 yes if matched right as mentioned earlier. But 154, he gets stretched.

I believe he can but what he really needs is to learn how to box from the inside, which seems to be his Achille's heel.

Maybe bud but that chin needs a bit of concrete put around it,because the jelly surrounding it now
makes him wobbly on them legs of his.
You may feel the need for speed I feel the need of a good chin, I will keep a eye out on ebay for a
chin of granite for Mr Khan.

He can be competitive at higher weights but he is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is. His fight game needs a lot of improvement in all areas, the only thing saving him is his speed.

If he's fighting the Ortiz that fought Berto I think he loses. Ortiz is the natureally bigger guy and would take what Khan gives him and land harder punches than Maidana or Peterson hit him with.

I think Khan can beat both Ortiz & Berto if he fights a smart fight

He didn't against Berto. Both Berto and Ortiz would land a lot against Khan and I don't see Khan standing up to it. I think Bradley beats Khan if that fight is ever made.

I agree with Berto beating Khan but not Ortiz ever. I think Khan and Bradley will fight eventually.
