With a proper trainer, Cotto can sure cause some problems to PBF and I believe that a power house like the Cuban mastermind might just be the man for the task. Not saying he'll win but I am pretty sure that it won't be a one loopsided boring UD.

Well I just watched the full episode. It was ok. But of course Floyd had to be Floyd, and show that he still is a dick. He just had to throw it out there that he makes huge bets, and at one point seemed more concerned about how the game he was betting on was doing, than actually doing the show.![]()
Here's a little leaked footage from Cotto's camp from 24/7.
I like both of these fighters but too much shaking hands and smiling.
Cotto is still dangerous, and pac would never have fought cotto at his weight.
Cotto should not have sacrificed his weight for the pac fight but thats in the past. He can still cause damage in the first six rounds and i wish him all the best just as long as it ends with money winning.
Did they ever find out the size gloves they'll be using?
Yeah Floyd pissed me off in the full episode..I dont give a shit how many bets you've made. He looked more interested in updates of the game than the fight. Disrespectful to Miguel. I know he thinks he's playing up to the character but we wanna hear about the fight.
Still think this is gonna be an awesome fight and a much tougher fight than Bradley will be. Cotto much more credible and proven especially with the extra weight.
Most people here want Cotto to win, I hope he can do it, even just to wipe that smug smile off Floyd's face would make me happy.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Just watched it now. Floyd seems to be toned down he was betting on his game, but he really wasn't as brash as he was before, he was like a business man instead of the rowdy gangster wanna be type and wouldn't let Max Kellerman refer to Cotto as just an opponent. I did like that though.
It was nice seeing him and Cotto being civil with each other. I think people as we all need to realize is Mayweather isn't goint to be around much longer. Pacquiao either and when they are both gone there's gonna be a void in boxing.
So I'll appreciate all these fights till the final one. Moving up to 154 to fight Cotto is a risk as he'll be very comfortable, and Floyd not so much, but it is a risky fight and one that should be looked at. But watching ESPN saying Cotto is a shot fighter or a bum when he is a champion in order to discredit the fight is very disrespectful to him as a person and as a fighter. So I hope the majority of us boxing fans will appreciate this fight.
Along with Bert Sugar's death, these fights, are the end of an era. Cotto, Mayweather, Pacquiao etc have all given us the last 10-15 years of fights and Bert has given us countless, it's a shame to think that their careers are maybe 1 or 2 years away from being over. It truly is the end of an era, and history at this moment. The entire landscape of boxing as we know it and have known it is about to change. It's sad to think about, but worth it if they are all appreciated.
Good post.
Lmfao. I hope Cotto shatters Floyd's ribs!
I think it'll be a great fight.
Floyd by KO!!!
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
Watched it, bored me, and Floyd seemed more concerned about his 100 K bet.
saw the promotion on box nation, they went to Rico, New York Apollo and LA china town, looks good and the closer the fight is the more I fear for Cotto.![]()
