When you're reading a thread on 'Signs that you are getting older' and you notice you're twice as old as some of the posters who have revealed their ages...

A couple more signs: remembering when the TV stations would play the national anthem and then go off the air for the night and also the traffic lights would all change to blinking yellow after a certain hour instead of their normal red, yellow green pattern.

That is true when I was 30, so now I look at it the other way now that I am 40. I am in my prime and will be old when I am 50. That makes me feel old that I will be 50 in 9 years time. Life has flown by. Where the hell did it go?
