Other more normal favourites include bolognese sauce (better in a toastie), ham and chilli sauce and soft cheese and pepper.

What do you like squeezed between your slices of bread?

I could answer that another way. hehe

But I'll be serious...... Nothing. I am an extremely picky eater, and everything I eat is plain. I do not like putting anything on my sandwiches. Just meat & bread.
Same here. Just some nice ham, turkey, or chicken. It's all you need.

In the summer I like shaved turkey, slice of Jalna cheese, bean sprouts and beetroot slices on rye.

Closed toasties tuna, cheese and tomato. or baked beans are pretty usual for work lunches.

Open on toast, Vegemite and tomatoes is a wicked mixture on rye toast.

Im a big fan of Marmite ( our version of ya vegemite ), either on toast or in a sandwich with cheese. Today for my bait I have Pastrami and mature cheddar with a english mustard and mayo dressing in a wholemeal bun

That reminds me of sausage and bacon (or sometimes egg) sandwich with Ketchup.

Last two years or so its been based on a smoked or roasted turkey, thin sliced and stacked-folded over on toasted wheat bread. thin sliced roma or Creole tomato's. A couple of Dill pickle 'stacker's' OR a few cucumber slices and grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese topped with thick leaf of lettuce. Mustard!

Been doing alot of tuna fish too. Some salsa sauce, pepper, diced tomato & spinach all mixed. Toasted wheat and a fat slice of swiss cheese!

Back in the smoked out days PB&J, crunchy, with huge handful of cool ranch Doritos in between bread and pressed together or a grilled cheese(s) on Texas Toast with ham and buttered. Shit I'm hungry!!

Mate I shit you not. Toast some rye bread and then put marmite on it, then just sliced tomatoes, you wont look back its a match made in heaven.
