Hulk, Moreno is from Panama, you probably remember his last fight with Vic Darchinyan, a WBA Super- bantamweight title fight, he won a clearcut UD over Ugly Vic in that one last December. Moreno won the WBA Super- bantamweight title from Lorenzo Parra, by 8th round TKO, so he was defending it for the first time against Ugly Vic.

Prior to being the WBA Super- bantamweight champion, Moreno was the WBA bantamweight champ and had something like 6 title defenses, so the pug has been world class for several years, but most of his fights have been in Panama, so he's still not that well known.
