    A garlic sandwich? Interesting approach.
An earnest effort to rid the world of Twilight fans....at least the pro-sparkly vampire ones.

If I make garlic bread I will pan fry up butter, olive oil, garlic, and italian seasoning (basil, marjoram, sage, oregano). I take 2 loaves of bread, slice down the middle, brush the butter/olive oil mixture over the bread. Top with some parmesan chese, heat up in the oven and then have a nice little balsamic vinegar to dunk it in....that my friends is great stuff
Pretty much done one of them last night with a pasta dish i knocked up. I replaced the parmesan with smoked applewood cheddar tho, and added some fresh lemon juice to the butter mixture

My sandwich filling today consists of flaked tuna, cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, finely diced onion and chilli, bound in mayo, seasoned with salt, pepper, malt vinegar and lemon juice in a wholemeal bap.

Sounds lovely, but I think making steak and chips would probably require less preparation! Mine was a sausage and egg sandwich from poundland. Didn't look anything like it did on the packaging.

I think I'd prefer the finger to having avocado and mango in a sandwich!
