I would just omit the FAST part. As much as I want Cotto to pull this off I see too many pot holes for him. He's not out thinking or out boxing Floyd, he must revert early. His flesh and Floyds hand speed and elbow are a terrible combination, his foot speed is pedestrian compared and Floyd wont give him the range he needs early on. I DO think Cotto has the jab and punch to get Mayweathers respect but just cannot see him keeping pace with Floyd. I have nothing but respect for Cotto but vs this rate, speed and boxing mind he'll square, start hookey counters and it'll be nothing but playing catch up after. Mayweather doesn't have to concuss him to knock him out, just turn him and pull the cord on the lawn mower. I've been on a bad run of predictions so frankly I hope to stay the course here...Mayweather via bloody tko on cuts.

Cotto has a better chance of beating Floyd than did Dela Hoya or Mosley, only because he's not as old and slow and certainly has much better boxing skill than Ortiz. His biggest negative with infighting, his he too clean a fighter to out point Floyd on the inside and not fast enough on the outside. He needs a page out of Duran's book. I still see it as a close point fight with no KO's.

Man. Your a dummy. Go back to watching baseball for a bit. Clearly your burned out
Had to be said. I have not seen the fight but am very happy to hear that both gave and took mutually. No beat downs or walk overs and per norm I take it Cotto covered himself in pride and fought as such. Nice to hear Floyd sacing up and the respect in the press afterwards. Cannot wait to see the replay!
