Feinting would be a good way to set up a shot, but try to not make it a routine as he may catch on during the fight. Keep in mind if he's pivoting he could be setting you up as you move in to counter your shot with a straight right. But all of that is depending on how you like to fight. I love the jab, so I'd take center of the ring and stuff that jab in his face as he makes his pivot to disrupt his movement and watch out for the straight right or the hook.
