baldi vs margarito on Dec.2nd...maybe?

Wow! I sure hope Baldomir gives Margarito this well diserved opportunity.

I would give Margarito props if he beat someone good. someone other then the C level opposition he has been facing , hell Margarito lost to a C+ fighter Danial Santos . I'm not sold yet, Margarito’s next fight is against a fighter with 9 losses. jeez, looks to me that Tony is one of those fighters that just pads the ole record and then thinks he is deserving somehow of the honor of fighting P4P the best fighter in the world. . Hell if he would beat a Zudah or Collozo, i could understand making a case . id would even settle for a Ben Tackie or Juan Lazcano then we can better gauge him. I always hear these excuses from Tony "nobody will fight me"… S*** wave that 8 million dollars at Joshua Clottey , or Paul Williams and see what happens. Ben Tackie is always on call, he aint going no where. Step up Anotnio and stop crying !

I agree that Tony needs to step up but I disagree,you CANNOT call the guys he has beaten bums,I have gone through them a million times and am sick f talking about it. Also,he has 4 losses,WOW?!?! How many does Baldo or a Gatti heck even Judah have?> 3 of his losses came as a teen and 1 was on cuts in a fight he was winning against an 170 plus pounds guy! AND MARGARITO HAS CATEGORICALLY STATED THAT HE WILL NOT BE FIGHTING RIVERA!
Once he does beat Clottey and hopefully Collazo,I want to hear what people say then! AND I DAM SURE WANT THIS FIGHT TO COME OFF!

You make a very good point , A fighter tends to read his own headlines when he in against the mid level guys then all of sudden takes that leap from C to A+ . gives them something the think about why they stretched out looking up at the lights.

Personally, I want to see Margarito Baldo the most but Clottey would be a good fight too and I'd be disspointed if Tony did not win. He is ultra hungry for the big names so I want to see teh Tijuana Tornado leave behind a trail of destruction with Clottey,Quintana,Collazo and if Williams keeps running his mouth,Knock him TFO for good measure.

Bro if Margarito beat all those guys he would need to call out DLH & Floyd, they'd be chasing him down!!!

For some reason, I think PBF would still be a bit hesitant to fight Tony. I don't know,I'm not saying he's scared but it's just weird,the whole $8million thing and now he wants $5mill from Baldo. I can't wait until December this year,alot of these things will be cleared up!!

I'll admit theres something weird about this whole 8 million thing, but Floyd has consistantly fought tops guys, I feel Floyd will fight Margarito when he feels the time is right. In the mean time theres nothing stopping Margarito from fighting the other top guys like Collazo & Hatton, 2 fights that would definately strengthen his cause.
