    Default Ola Afolabi

Targets Tarver and Kayode, I think Ola deserves a fight stateside. The fight I watched on boxnation with Huck was such a war, I would love to see him to get some US exposure, because he's an exciting fighter and fucking hard as nails. I hope Ola gets some recognition for his last performance and gets rewarded with a big fight because he is a true force in the crusierweight division.

Prior to beating Maccarinelli a couple of years ago all of his fights were in the US. Its only recently hes been fighting here in Europe, which is probably the place to be for a cruiser right now. Germany especially.

I think Ola wanted to get a third fight in the UK with Huck but I don't see that happening. Ola needs a big next fight and I think fighting against the likes of Tarver, Kayode or even Cunningham would be a good stateside fight for him if he cant get a rematch with Huck in Europe or England.

I just really enjoy watching him, ever since that enzo mac fight he's grown on me, he's so exciting to watch. I just hope he gets matched well in his next fight.

The last round Ola v Huck was amazing where both fighters gave it there all. I could see Ola beating Tarver.

I think a Afolabi-Kayode fight would be good. Probably an easy fight to sell with both fighters being Nigerian and both being trained by Freddie Roach at one time. Ola is with Sdunek now I think.

The only problem is getting a network stateside to show the fight. The new guy running Showtime (Espinoza) has said Kayode won't be welcomed back on the network after his post fight tirade. I don't think HBO has shown a Cruiserweight bout since Toney-Jirov. Which is dumb IMO. Cruiser is one of my favorite divisions. Plenty of great fights in recent years.

Absolutely! They´re basically heavyweights who train and get in shape.

Thats shit for Ola then, I wonder what is he going to go for his next fight. We will have to see where his promoters take him. I would love to see Tarver-Afobalbi though, would be a good fight.
