I don't think manny can ko Tim as he is defensively responsible enough. Not to mention because he is a pressure fighter he would not be giving manny space to load on power punches.

Also when manny is being pushed backward he seems very uncomfortable even though he is fleet footed he can't fight as well going backward. Not to mention he has been cut before and Tim has a mean third hand so that's another wrinkle in the fight.

However manny does have power, speed, and he comes off odd angles.

I think the fight is a toss up, too many people predict ko even though manny's last one punch ko was hatton. I believe that is in error. Although its not unlikely that Tim could be caught clean, I think the more likely scenario is a ud decision if you are picking manny to win.
