DAMN. It's still not over, but Federer is already down 2-0 in sets to Djokovic. And he was ahead in both sets. I'm not liking this later stage of Federer's career, when he lacks the killer instinct to finish off matches. I hope I don't regret this... but I'm shutting the TV off. Federer's done. And he's not getting any younger, so his chances at another major title before he retires are dimishing fast.
Sharapova is in the final, what a beautiful woman.![]()

Agreed 100%. Also, I'm glad she's back to # 1, and hope she wins the title tomorrow.
Difference between her and Anna Kournikova: Anna was the previous tennis sex symbol, but was an underachiever on the courts. Had the talent, but not the drive. Maria, on the other hand, has the model looks AND the talent and drive to win championships. Makes her even more sexy, in a way.
Well..... she's the French Open champ, and the #1 ranked female tennis player in the world. She also not only speaks fluently in English... but she does fairly well in French... and I'm assuming she can speak Russian. She's also tall and beautiful.
Hmmm..... she probably snores.

Anyone else watch the men's final? It was great... Djokovic going for a Grand Slam, and Nadal going for his record French Open title. Nadal won this morning, after having had the match suspended due to rain on Sunday. There were some incredible changes in momentum during the match, and also some great tennis!
Think the rain definitely saved Nadal, otherwise I thought he would have lost. Glad he won a record 7th title, beat my all time favourite player Borg.
