At least he brought it every time.
You knew you'd see some fireworks.
Shame about the stain.

A convicted and suspended cheater deserves a "highly positive and respectful post"? I think you're barking up the wrong tree, eric. Most boxing fans are GLAD Margacheato decided to hang up the gloves. He shouldn't have been allowed to earn a penny more from professional boxing after he was found out. But in a way, I'm glad he did. It allowed him to get the shit beat out of him by Cotto, who got the payback he deserved. Somebody said it earlier in the thread: "Karma's a bitch."

Marg was a very good fighter, really gave a good performance against Manny and nearly beat him with the body shot. He took a severe beating in that fight.

I will sum the man up , he was a cheating cunt. Glad you are out of boxing.

I don't blame him.....getting harder and harder to be a punk cheat these days. Don't steal anything on the way out

Not exactly what you'd call a "sad sad day".
Oh Margo..... don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out.

Here's my going-away present for Margarito.... the highlights from Cotto-Margarito II.
There's even a nice "reggaeton" that Margarito himself would enjoy.
Bon voyage, Tony..... I'll look you up in the slums of Tijuana if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

Im glad he has gone, prior to the scandal I really like Margartio he was exciting to watch, ever since then I just see him as the villain. So glad Cotto ended him for good because after the first fight you really do have to think more about the scandal. I know pacquiao did the most damage to him, but Cotto put the cherry on the cake.
He retired? Good. The less said the better.
