Im sure to the dismay of many many fans our favorite fearless warrior the Tijuana Tornado has decided to hang up his gloves and call it a career.

Tony was most famous for his fights with Miguel Cotto, their fight in 2008 showcased Margarito's skills, punching power, and relentless determination. That fight won him a very coveted Championship belt but more importantly won him the hearts of many Puerto Rican fans.

Im sure many of those same fans will comment on this thread about their love for the Tijuana Tornado, Antonio Margarito.

Ok in all honesty, did you really think I was being serious about the post? We dont know each other at all but I find it hard to believe that you didnt see the fact that it was joke? I practically wrote it for you to begin with.

In case you missed it, I was joking. I dont think Margarito won the hearts of anyone much less Puerto Ricans the day he beat Cotto. I dont think he is a champ as he most likely cheated in all his biggest fights and wins starting with Golden Johnson. I dont wish him a good or bad life because it is not mine and what he did thankfully didnt affect mine. He should have been booted, served jail time, and forced to look for another way to make a living after he was caught.

For us that are spectators of the sport and members of this thread it should still be fun to watch and talk about boxing and because some of us have been debating boxing and fighters against each other for years now I dont think a joke thread should be so out of line or taken so seriously

HAHAHA alright bro we will agree to disagree. Unfortunately it is impossible for someone to read the tone of a post or thread. I think alot gets lost when you cant tell how someone is saying something or in what way they are saying it. Enjoy the fights tonight Tito.
