I thought England looked pretty good early. They were always going to counter but they were creating stuff, then they just dropped deeper and deeper.

Its odd in a way, you keep hearing (even from American analysts) that expectations in England are always too high, except for this year when there are no expectations. Precisely because of that, England have a chance to do well. So having no expectations has somehow created expectations.
