With the new no dope for foreigners rule coming in, Amsterdam may not be as appealing to some anymore.
You'll still be able to get it easily. There is outrage in the cannabis community in Holland at these latest laws and after a few years they'll scrap it. If tourism drops significantly in Amsterdam there'll be pressure from the hotel/restaurant/hospitality brigade too.
