Wonder if he will still fight Kessler or take an easier fight for a change.

It's going to be a more competitive fight than the first one. Then again, there's no way it can't be because Froch demolished him the first time around. I'll be rooting for Bute going into it, like I did in round 1, but this time around, I'm more realistic, maybe Froch does have his number. Even you Brits needs to give credit to Bute for taking the rematch, as that type of loss has to be tough to take mentally.

What happens between now and then? Froch would fight a lion in a bathroom so I don't see him taking an easy fight to bide his time. I bet he'll face Kessler, unless a deal can't be made for Kessler to fight in Nottingham. If a deal with Kessler can't be made, and Pavlik comes out unscathed this weekend, maybe we'll see Pavlik v. Froch this fall. Pavlik would go there in a heart beat for the right amount of money and they have a history of bad blood. It's not a big risk for Froch, and Pavlik brings more than most to the table, because he has a name. I could also see Bute fighting Pavlik in Montreal or taking on an easy opponent just to get his head on straight.

That's a good evaluation of it really, that's how I see it really. I do respect Bute for taking on the rematch because it would take a lot of balls to fight a guy again who put on such a strong performance against him. I think it will be closer as Bute will have the home advantage and Bute will have to adjust if he wants to win.

As I said Before the first fight If Bute can box and use his speed he will cause Froch problems. I think he needs to use his speed and not get caught in a scrap like he did last time. Froch will go for him again as he knows Bute is chinny, Bute will have to prepare for that and it will be a big task for him.

Bute needs a rebuilding fight to get confidence you never know a beatdown like he received could be career ending, like jeff lacy was after JC. But I think Bute is better than that, he needs a big comeback peformance and he will have to be very mentally prepared for another fight with Froch. I think he is capable though.

I hope Froch fights Kessler, that's the fight Froch needs to cement his legacy. I wouldn't mind seeing Froch-Pavlik if that doesn't happen. That would be a war and Froch needs to show Pavlik that he is the champion and one of the best in the weight class.
