Exactly guys. I mean why even announce it?
Its window dressing and a band-aid that only sticks on one side. How about light heavyweights not be allowed to fight at 160? No, ok then how about they at least have to make weight the day of the contest? No because its unhealthy? Well then how about fighting at another weight?

What a load of bollocks. I knew JCC was never going to weigh in at 160 on the day of the fight.

Just so I understand correctly, this means JCC can weigh in as high as 176 (10% of 160 + 160) at 10:00 a.m. the day of the fight. However, he can gain anymore weight between 10:00 a.m. and the time of the fight?
