He's SO wide open but right now I don't care both Khan and Pac losing - for me it's been a good couple of months

Well, that was a ferking surprise, but you always wonder about Khan's chin, and Garcia was throwing some heavy leather.
Great fight while it lasted, I was really hoping Khan would win, but it wasn't to be.

Jim gets a little emotional at the end, at least he's genuine and not phoney about it.

I was rooting against Khan but he wasn't an ass afterwards so I gotta give him a lil credit. He was trying to keep going he didn't quit so can't say anything bad about him. Garcia just three a head down blind left hook and caught him on the top of the head. Was a good start thought we might be in for a good long fight but oh well.

he was referring to himself as we - he couldnt understand why the ref stopped the fight and his legs were fine - yeah still not an ass

I thought he was ok to continue
His legs were under him...but yeah he should have ran some to try and recover more.

Bambi on ice springs to mind everytime he got clipped and he would have only taken more - he didnt have the legs or brains to run.

At some point, you almost have to feel bad for the HBO bigwigs - they try so hard to build a fighter, but it never seems to work out.

His legs were more shaky on the first two knockdowns...I thought he was there and coherant. I like that ref cam that's a cool addition.

Bayliss did him a massive favour stopping it when he did, plus all the long counts. Khan could have been badly sparked had he been allowed to continue. And now he can claim he was stopped too soon and deserves a rematch down the line/next time out I'll be better, won't make mistakes etc. instead of leaving the ring on a stretcher. There's just possibly a way back for Khan after this fight, it would have been a lot harder had he been seriously sparked instead of being stopped on his feet.

a glancing blow put him down last time - NC you seriously wanted that to continue & have Khan carried out the ring instead of walking out? Yer'fool

Yup, Garcia smelled blood ,wasn't going to let Khan off the hook and would have just kept pummeling him, eventually knocking him unconscious.
You've got to wonder after this if mentally and physically, Khan will ever be able compete again at the championship level.
Missy, your "bambi on ice" description of Khan cracked me up.

Khan has the funniest stunned legs I think I can ever remember seeing.

It's like he's a puppet on string, his head wobbles around and his legs wiggle in all different directions. It's comedy gold.

Khan has the skills to beat a great fighter, but not even close to a proffesional boxing brain.
