Probably the "Wlad" Haye

The only time Haye has ever looked poor in his entire career was against men that are MUCH bigger than him.

If you're a similar size to Haye he knocks you out.

Very true.

Against Vitali though he'll get a lot more chances to hit than he did against Wlad. Wlad is way faster of the 2 and is the much better boxer, Vitali is much tougher though. I'd like to see Haye vs Vitali as I see it being much more exciting than Wlad-Haye whoever wins.

If Haye does win then the Wlad rematch is probably a cert and Haye gets a chance to right some wrongs!

Haye still wants to be a model after boxing, so I'm guessing he doesn't want his face mashed.

It would be a real shame of Haye retired for good. Love him or not, he is an exciting fighter with skill in abundance.

Also, other than maybe a small handful of fighters, no one brings in the money quite like Haye.


Did anyone else see Warren in the ring after the fight, quite clearly saying stick with me and I'll get you the fight. Haye kept saying yeah, what ever. Then in the end agreed to discuss it later.

Oh not again.....the Haye promotion train is running full speed ahead (*shakes head*) since Chisora had never been stopped and went the full twelve rounds against the heavyweight champion!

On paper, it seems that the Ukrainian behemoth would face a daunting challenge from the brash Brit Haye. Yet, giant hurdles exist for Haye to overcome before rationally concluding that Vitali Klitschko should be quivering in his boots right now. First, Haye looked--and acted--absolutely pathetically in his fight against Wladimir Klitschko. What would be different this time against the 'harder' man?

Second, if one uses the logic being banded around following saturday night then mikkel kessler would decimate andre ward second time round following his brutal stoppage of allan green (ward went 12 with green). Triange theorists are rarely correct, and even a 41 yr old vitali has the beating of haye imo...this is vitali (ageing or not) we are talking about here! He's not valuev (who haye barely beat anyway) ruiz or chisora!! Holmes struggled with ken norton, i guess larry would have no chance against cooney who kayoed norton in 1 round then? Haye is explosive yes, but he's also vulnerable and body language alone tells me he is threatened by vitali.

What can also be plausibly argued that, while Vitali did not kayo Chisora, the beating Del Boy took from Dr. Ironfist softened up Chisora enough for the Hayemaker to deliver the knockout blow Chisora had not yet received. Also, Vitali is well known for sporting titanium whiskers--having never tasted the canvas in his professional boxing career. And can anyone imagine david haye with only one fully functioning arm in the ring lol?? Or a 41 yr old haye? That is the gulf in class right there!!!

Most importantly and what ppl are neglecting to mention is Vitali badly injured his left shoulder in the 5th round, saying “I have no strength in my left arm.” Vitali was able to beat Chisora with his right hand only, After the fight, Vitali went to the clinic Atos in Munich.

Chisora seemed proud of his performance after the fight despite having been defeated. Unfortunately, the injury by Vitali will keep Chisora from getting the full credit he would have received had Vitali not been injured. But never the less, the fact remains that Vitali pretty dominated the entire fight using just his right hand after the 4th round and Chisora had no answers. He didn’t throw enough punches and missed with many of shots he did throw. He just didn’t have the talent to win, and his comments after the fight suggesting that he lost because lacked experience doesn’t give the true picture. It wasn’t about a lack of experience; it was about a lack of talent.

Experience won’t bring Chisora the talent to beat Vitali. He could beat him if the fight takes place in two or three years when the 40-year-old Vitali ages to the point where he’s no longer the fighter he once was.

If Vitali decides to face Haye, and if Haye decides to actually trade punches toe-to-toe with Dr. Ironfist, the Hayemaker train is likely to be derailed.
