Exactly, just keep working at it. But I would guess its more of a technique/balance thing than strength and conditioning...

Its all about progression, the way I train in the gym (at least the drills we do) have hardly hanged since I started, but I've stuck at it and my jab now carrys more power than my cross did when I first started out.

And I can tell you it has very little to do with my strength increasing...
