It's the perfect forum for this thread.... and welcome to the forum.

I could probably give you more than 20 fights to watch, but I'll keep my list short and off the top of my head. I'll also try to give you a mix of fights, all very exciting IMO. I'm not sure whether you mean recent fights or from any era, so I'll go with the latter. Most are from the 70's-80's forward. This is in no particular order:

    1. Ali-Frazier III (one of the classics of all time)
    2. Pryor-Arguello I (both were great, but the first was another classic of all time. Unfortunately, the wrong guy won for me.)

    3. Leonard-Hearns I (another classic... hard to top for sheer excitement)
    4. Ward-Gatti I (what a slugfest! classic!)
    5. Duran-Leonard I (both are ATG's and were at their absolute peak.... great stuff!)
    6. Leonard-Benitez (I seem to have SRL a lot on here... but he did face some great fighters in his time)

    7. Ali-Foreman (one of the greatest upsets of all time)
    8. Tyson-Douglas (ditto)
    9. Trinidad-Vargas (ok.... I'll stick in a personal favorite )
    10. Barrera-Morales III (can't have a good list without one of these fights... the trilogy was awesome)

    11. Corrales-Castillo I (the 10th round is probably one of the best in history)
    12. Hagler-Hearns (short fights don't get any better than this)
    13. Ali-Frazier I (the 3rd one was better... but this one was probably the biggest sporting event in history to that point)

    14. Eubank-Benn I (two British fighters at their best putting on a great show)
    15. Foreman-Lyle (if you like multiple knockdowns on BOTH sides... this one's your fight)

Well.... 15 is a nice round number, so I'll stop there.
    Hope the list is helpful.

Thank you for the response and welcome Tito! Any boxing match of any time that's reasonably accessible.

A very good list, i will add 5 more.

Sanchez V Gomez (Just so you know how good Salvador Sanchez really was.)
Mancini V Frias ( Even 1 round of boxing can enthrall and excite to the max)
Frazier V Foreman 1 (Only to highlight what a monster George Foreman was back in 1973, this was Joe Frazier he destroyed, not some club pug!)
Mosley V DLH 1 (It was Sugar Shane Mosley's finest hour)
Fenech V Nelson 1 (they could've fought this in a phone booth)

So I'm almost through all of the fights. Jaw dropping stuff, I've watched so many I don't even know what's real anymore.

    Holy crap
    You had not seen that?

That's actually my video. I saw that fight live on TV and recorded it on VHS.
That was Manuel Gomez (Fought SSM and Margarito) and is IMO one of the best 1 round fights ever...

Breathing some air back into this thread. I've actually managed to watch most of them. They were great suggestions indeed!

    I would appreciate anymore suggestions!
