Depends what you're looking to train. If you're looking for muay thai then yes perfect but don't expect it to be a holiday as most that I know of will throw you straight in training like the pro's twice a dayIf fitness and weightloss is what you're after then go for it - OR are there any good clubs/trainers that you would like to work with - some not all offer some form of private tuition. You could go to the regular training sessions along with what ever privates you can arrange.
You need to think what you want to achieve with your time
