Grey... is back

Hello to everybody, my apologies to those whom my absence has inconvenienced. I know it was sudden and abrupt but it was not of my choosing. My health, which has been an on and off thing since last October, took a bad turn on me and mynweight plummeted to 128 pounds. ( I previously clocked in at 190 or so and currently weigh in at @ 170) As aresult I lost out on the opportunity to train two fighters here in So Cal, but now that I've recovered a bit I'm working with a 12 year old naturalsouthpaw, turned rightie, with tremendous natural ability.
I have truly missed the communicatios and energy of this forum and the knowledge I have gained by reading the posts of the members. Best wishes to all and lets get on with it.
