Nobody ever goes into anything to lose money. How long would Oscar have lasted if he hasn't basically handed the operation over to somebody who knows what he's doing? If 50 cent doesn't have any experience of running a business, and it doesn't look like he does, he's picked a hell of a business to start his career in. It'll be hard to avoid making money while Floyd is still active but TMT have to use however long that is to build a company infrastructure, build relationships with TV companies, get TV dates and most importantly build a stable of fighters that people want to see rather than just undercard performers for Floyd bills. It means hiring a lot of talented people to run the nuts and bolts of the operation too. They have to attract them and pay them what they're worth. They have to deal with TR and GBP and make fights with their guys while competing with them to sign boxers who are coming to the end of their TR/GBP contracts. Yeah. There's only one way to get it right and lots of ways to get it wrong.
