Lennox already stopped Vitali in 6... Wlad would have been KO'd in 2.

Bowe would have KO'd Wlad in 3... Vitali would have quit in 9.

1986 Tyson would have KO'd Wlad in 1... Vitali would have quit in 5.

Larry Holmes and Cassius Clay would have both been KO'd by either Klit.

    Fact.
    3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.

Riddick Bowe is not a great champion, he didn't face the best competition, he never fought a puncher, Lennox flattened him in the amateurs and would have done so again in the pros and Wlad would have stopped Bowe in 8 and Vitali (prime for prime) would have stopped Bowe in 4. The guy wasn't hard to hit and for such a big guy didn't have an amazing amount of power. Post Prison Mike Tyson would have beaten Bowe, Michael Moorer may have beaten Bowe, George Foreman would have beaten Bowe. Riddick Bowe is one of the most overrated fighters of all time.

Larry Holmes got knocked down by lesser fighters than either of the brothers and although I keep reading the word PRIME bandied about here and there people still bring up the Klitschko brothers' losses....of which maybe 1 occurred during a Prime and that was Vitali's loss to Lewis due to a cut with Vitali up on all cards.

    Fact.
Lennox lewis would have lost to ALexander Miroshenko (who was the inspiration for Ivan Drago in the rocky movie) He stopped Lennox Lewis and was robbed vs Riddick Bowe in the amateurs, he put bowe down twice!! Had alex had the correct guidance and management and had truly dedicated himself to the pro's he would have been a great pro fighter aswell as a great amateur! As for lewis vs either klitschko, vitali proved he was lennox's equal that night on 11 days notice, that fight left more questions unanswered than answered, cuts or no cuts...it should by rights have gone to the cards too!! As for Wlad vs lewis.....that would not depend on which lewis showed up as some like to say, it would depend on which corner manny steward chose to sit in....true story! Seriously if we are to judge vitali on his dodgy loss to lennox on short notice then lets judge prime/prepared lewis on his 2nd round KO loss to featherfist oliver mcall LOL! Vitali owned gomez and norris who both outboxed mcall....

Riddick bowe got his arse handed to him twice vs a poor mans klitschko, i think its clear bowe doesn't fare well against that particular type of fighter! They are not a 205lb holyfield and beside's he was outboxed by tony fatass tubbs and turned into a blob himself post golota....alex and golota spanked bowe! Alex and bowe went 1-1 with each other as amatuers, he was robbed of 2-0!

In fact thinking about it imagine the success the greats of recent years would have had if Felix savon (a 3x olympic gold winner and 6x world amateur champ) or Teofilio stevenson (a 3x olympic gold winner and 3x amateur champ) had fought pro!!!

Tyson maybe beats a younger wlad (the one with stamina, discipline and defene issues) but not the linear champ of the past few years, tyson often struggled with tall rangy fighters, and the klitschkos are elite they are not 220lb mitch green or tony tucker...and iron chinned vitali who is the least intimidated fighter in history would frustrate the 5'11" tyson to the point where iron mike does something insane culminating in vitali throwing him out of the ring or vitali just beats him up! In fact tyson was lucky the great Igor Vysotsky (who beat the great teofilio stevenson twice) and a host of other names like tony tubbs, mitch green etc was not fighting in the pros.....

As for clay/ali...80% of his record are fighters under 200lbs, he never came close to fighting elite level superheavyweights like the klitschkos...foreman was the same size as adamek ffs!

Many amerians would not have had it so easy had the iron curtain been never been there, joe louis had a nemesis in the great nickolai (the champ who couldn't fight joe louis) korolev:

    4 time Absolute Soviet Champion (1936,1937,1944, 1945)
9 time Champion of the USSR (1936-1939,1945-1949)
Champion of the Socialist Olympics in Antwerp (1937)

Holmes would give either man a tough night, however he struggled time and time again with B level fighters and was put down numerous times by sub 200lb fighters!

Oh what do you base that remark you thick headed dope? The fact Vitali quit 1 fight waaaaay long ago in a galaxy far far away? You fuck up your shoulder and see how well you cope with it just in everyday life much less in a fucking boxing match. Your penchant for posting stupid shit never ceases to amaze me.

Too early in the thread to mention Danny Williams sparking Potter with one arm?

When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Dislocation of a shoulder or elbow hurts but does not usually inolve the TEARING OF MUSCLES.....but I digress. Certainly guys have fought through tough times, but that's all relative, some guys get a hang nail and their are looking to get out of the fight, some guys could have an arm amputated between rounds and want to keep on fighting. Vitali said he couldn't continue and who the hell are you to complain about his decision, he's the one that makes a living boxing, not you.

erics44 why waste your time commenting then?

Why have you put tearing of muscle in caps? What relevance has it got? Williams was incapacitated by his shoulder and carried on. Vitali didnt.

Who am I? Im every bit a boxing fan as you are and if your cool with calling David Haye a coward for not fighting Wlad then Im cool with calling Vitali a bottler.

If David Haye said he did his best and just couldnt hit Wlad would that be good enough for you and end of story? Of course it wouldnt.

Adamek is 2 inches shorter than Foreman dopey. Thats not the same size...

Adamek wouldnt have got out of the first round with Foreman.

Also, if a fighter quits hes always going to be known as a quitter. Same as a fighter who get thrown out of the olympics for taking steroids is always going to be known as a cheater.

You sound like your heroes, now you think you can dictate which words people can include in their posting vocabulary. Do you want to send your brother around to check Brocktons post before he submits it?

The one thing i like about the klits which is positive is that they always come in shape.

Klits would do very well in any era but bottom line is either klit could not beat a prime or post prime lennox lewis.

And to add to that - it's hard to rate anyone's performances against Holyfield because he was so inconsistent.

I think the first two fights he was good, i just think he fought the wrong fight in there 1st meeting. The 3rd fight he obviously had problems so im not sure how i rate that win, it was more like Evander Holyfield had no energy to fight rather than Riddick Bowe beating him.
