The gym I worked at here in Phoeni had all brand new gear; mirrored all the way round, 4 hay bags, 3 floor to ceiling bags, a large (22 pounds or so) heavy bag, a weight room, a new ring...unfortunately no shaow boxing was allowed and only the high profile pros (like Tyson) that trained there were allowed in the ring most times. The rest of the time they ran secretaries and accountants through there at 240 dollars per month and boxing be damned.
