I think it's been fantastic. I've loved the olympics since I was a kid but never realised how great being the actual host was (I live in London).

Never seen so many coppers on the streets either.

Good to see our GB team doing well.

I have enjoyed the cycling and athletics and the swimming. I haven't seen any boxing! jut keep missing it but from what I keep hearing it's been shit so not really bothered.

Not particularly bothered about the Olympics but I do enjoy seeing the competitiveness between the athletes and you can see the nerves and the tension. That excites me. Good to see GB do well but I am just happy to see some hard fought events.

Horse events = boring
archery = glorified darts
most team sports = no buzz for me and GB footballers? fuck off!

If I knew what was good to watch I might check more of it out, i'm just not going to sit mindlessly for hours watching events that I couldn't give a fuck less about.
I do know that Britain did a fantastic job of hosting the Olympics, good on them, hopefully it will be a commercial success and doesn't bankrupt the country.
