Thanks for that. I have just contacted them about it. Apparently it is being escalated to a manager! Haha. I thought it didn't seem right. I think something messed up when I placed the bet as the slip (online) shows it was eachway but says 'places - 1' which is obviously not right. It's only worth about £20 to me but still I'm not letting them have £20 of my money - they have enough of my money as it is!
