And Stamper for the guys in the semis too. But both facing the world number ones so pretty tough. I think it will be a shock if either win. But fingers crossed.

On 3rd - I'm still a tiny bit concerned about Russia. They finish so strong. We were well ahead in Beijing before they caught us in the last few days. But we have a bigger lead this time and still a few prospects.

I love Taekwondo. All technical for all but 30 seconds of the match then it turns into a pub fight
