Unbelieveable performance from Adams !! What a great result, and that's another Gold for today, keeps us firmly in 3rd place, cannot see us losing that spot now!

We also have Jade Jones in the taekwondo fighting later in the semi final, she is a real medal prospect.

And Stamper for the guys in the semis too. But both facing the world number ones so pretty tough. I think it will be a shock if either win. But fingers crossed.

On 3rd - I'm still a tiny bit concerned about Russia. They finish so strong. We were well ahead in Beijing before they caught us in the last few days. But we have a bigger lead this time and still a few prospects.
