Coming from pinball generation, the original Super Mario is as far as I went.
Couple years back, I saw people gathering at a sidewalk and curious, I went to see what it was all about. Some street hawkers were demonstrating a new Chinese gadget - it was a remake of an original Super Mario games! They were selling it for about $10US, and it brought back some good memories so I grabbed one, went home, made sure nobody was watching behind me and played it; and believe me I had a great time...
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.

Steam for all it's megalomanic tendencies is great for allowing one to revisit classic games of old, for not a lot of spondooleys. I remmbered the original Red Faction games from the playstation and recently bouth the bundle of all 4 for PC which was fun. Castle Wolfenstein was great. I am now playing the latest Tomb Raider whic even on my old groaning PC piddles all over Uncharted for graphics and playability. Lara's dad is laughable accent wise but the rest of the cast are fine. I bought it mainly again for the other 7 games in the bundle to remember old PS1 days. I will get around to Playing GTA5 but have still got a few platinum editions to finish first including the unsurmountable ICO and Shadow of the Collosus. That said because I bought a new PS3 bundle with GTA5 I have also got the last of us to look forward to which Miles seems to rate so that will be fun too. I just don't have the time really but games are a great immersive experience to wind down with on occasion.
