From that list the only fights I'd be interested in are Kessler, Pavlik, or Dirrell. Degale and Groves not ready and admit as much. The others I know little of except Bute of course but we know that aint happening. Had a look at their records and see little to suggest that it would be a worthwhile match up.

Perhaps Froch is struggling to to get someone to commit and will take on a lesser known opponent as he bides his time.

Don't know much about the sanctioning bodies but as he holds the IBF does he have to fight someone from their top 15?

Can't see him facing Dirrell and heard Kessler priced himself out. Possibly Pavlik but sure we would have heard something if that was the case as both are big names. If the Pavlik match is made no doubt their will be numerous postponements with Pavlik causing himself probs in the build up.
