Mate, if you're a 60 year old man, at least one that has been through the blender a bit, being in good shape means having all your own body parts and not pissing 5 times a night. Not that I'd know, I'm just judging this on stereotypes of old people.
I'm 5 yrs. younger than Stallone and I workout every day, but I'm nowhere near the shape I was in 30 yrs. ago and never will be. Oh, I only p*ss about twice during the night.
