I think gauging his punch power off this footage alone is daft as he is a middle and the guy he is sparring could well be a heavy or cruiser by the looks of the size difference.

There is another sparring vid of him with super middle patrick mendy and he handles him easy.

Not gauging his power of his sparring, in his fights so far he doesnt seem to ko or hurt that many. He looks to be a very good boxer with good hand speed.

Eubank wearing a whistle made me laugh too.

As for Jr - I'm not impressed at all. So far all i've seen is him doing a few of his dad's poses, then getting smacked on the chin and having a tear-up. He looks a complete powderpuff puncher and unless he has his dad's chin, I see him getting knocked out at British level let alone world.
