If he cant punch at this level the he has no chance at the top , nice skills but he wont be elite.

A lot of people are asking if I will spar DeGale again at his gym in Essex, as he has said he doubts very much I will. All I have to say is, if he wants to be taught some more lessons he can come to my gym in Brighton... I teach there all week.

That is harsh I think he is not a powder puff puncher, think he has fought very durable opponents, some who are very experienced. They could have put him in with people that he would have easily bowled over but they are giving him some tough fights very early on.

<br /> The last bloke he fought had been stopped 3 times in the 1st round out of his 11 losses. Not that durable.

I think his power will increase slighty, not every world class fighter can punch hard but it does help.
