It's based on the fact that Chavez was past his prime when he fought Whitaker - it's all about opinions afterall
Very true, I love to debate. But the only way you can say a fighter is beyond his prime is if he has either loss or has showed signs of slowing down, at the time of the fight Chavez had done niether. He had a brilliant performance before and after the Whitaker fights so how can you say he was out of his prime.
