It is a sad fact about boxing that by the time the boxer is aware of how to maximise his money and status away from the promoter/manager/trainer he is at the end of his career and near retirement. This comeback seems a desperate attempt to salvage some more money for himself and his promotion.

Froch is barely known to the casual fan in the UK! But he's garnering more & more recognition as he goes....let's be honest though, most UK fighters only get a fifth of the pull hatton has! He's a phenom in british boxing...He gets about a 1/5 of that kind of pull.

Khan, for some reason the media were all over this kid while Burns and Froch have done it the hard way!
Hatton is just in a different league!

Khan had the mainstream coverage from Olympics and the start of his career with ITV so is very big. Tyson Fury may have bigger support than he really should.
