Mayweather V Pacquaio now leaves me cold, it should've been made in 2010 and we could be looking at the 3rd fight instead of the farce that it has become now. Pacquaio is damaged goods, it's all downhill from here and he knows it, they are getting desperate in the Pacman camp. He has looked awful in his past two fights with all the signs showing of a fighter well and truly in decline. In 2010 this would be a difficult fight for Mayweather, by 2013 it would be a training drill for the pretty boy.

Yep and that's what Floyd wants. A sparring partner. Floyd like usual doesn't want to fight prime fighters. Floyd retires takes years off, pics easy cautious fights to stay fresh. Floyd is a cautious bitch.

If pac is over looking Marquez and thinking about Mayweather he is very stupid having 3 close fights all ready with Marquez he shouldnt be thinking about Mayweather. I know he gets asked about Mayweather but he should be saying i'm focused on beating Marquez then i will think about Floyd.

Ego and pride would say Floyd will not accept such an offer.

Why do you think Manny is offering 55-45 to Floyd? He knows that his stock has been damaged. Floyd won't (and shouldn't) take the fight unless he gets a 60-40 share.

Face it, Floyd is holding all the cards now.
