Sounds good to me; but is you're objective to develop boxing for sporting purposes or just to get healthy?

Think of it like playing a musical instrument, the more you practice the better you get.
You can do any training in the world, but it will not beat actually going to a gym, and having one-on-one coaching.
Twice a week would be fine, throw in some running, skipping and shadow boxing and footwork, footwork, footwork
Once a week you will still make plenty of progress.
If you went zero times a week how much better will you get, how much stronger, fitter, healthier.
Cool; well if I could offer some advice then, I'd use the boxing sessions for as much technique as possible and then break up the rest of the week between conditioning or strength exercises.
A lot of the time thats what I do. I use the boxing gym specifically to develop my boxing and then for fitness/strength (and vanity) I have an entirely different program of training.
