Not sure if you've followed the news in Britain, but the use of the word 'Pleb' by one of the government ministers while ranting at a cop has flared another interesting debate. Personally, I detest the posh boys as much as they seem to detest folk like me, but if it comes to a fight there's more of us than them.
However, back to the original question. I am Welsh, loud, proud and have occasionally been known to wield an inflatable sheep. I wouldn't be offended if someone said I was English or British, my accent is fairly neutral so it could be a fairly easy mistake to make. I don't feel British, but I get on with English people as well as I do with the Irish or the Scots.
Apart from during the six nations. For around 2 hours when Wales play England, I despise each and every one of the English and their dull brand of rugby.
