depends on the whole time zone thing. Last weekend at 5am it was lashings of coffee with fresh toast dripping with butter and marmite.

Pizza, curry are both good. If you want a heart attack melt chedder cheese over doritos and squirt mayo all over it

I don't really do snacks. I control my diet. My only snack in a day is a portion of walnuts.

I plan each meal accordingly and try not to go beyond.

Actually, my big adventure this summer in my attempt to go Hatton and gain 5 kg's was dumb. I gained nothing.

I am what I am and will eat within reason. I am thinner than most, but looking around at the world, people are just getting owned by food.

didn't you say something about when you were back home, basically eating like a pig and not putting on weight, not everyone can do that. Not exactly fair to judge them all

Forgive him Missy, he forgets what he says or what he eats or drinks.

Im on a healthy cycle... but needed something to watch the fights with.

I got some thin strips of beef steak and with some olive oil glazed them with a nice mix of spices.
Grilled it... Intentionally I over did it. Gave it 3-4 minutes longer than I should have and I let it go cold.
For the duration of the fights I was gnawing away at some real chewy jerky-like beef. Wasn't bad.

    My brother had doritos.

Indeed, I do forget too much. In my own fair way I was getting owned by food. I was putting food in all the time and it all left me. I didn't find myself in the bathroom all the time either. I was very busy, being mental around the country and that can have an impact too.

So here today. We still have the 6' 3'' man who weighs 72 KG. I must be a white Paul Williams.
