They are grabbing at straws comparing this to Sr vs Taylor. Lamps "show" afterwards is nothing bt a glorified infomercial
Yep, selling the rematch. Tell you what if there ends up being a Sergio/Junior II, Julio weed-boy won't do any better.

With Martinez recovery and 'time' I don't see it. Chavez has more rebuilding to do than a used car lot on a Monday morning and fo long term future...overall earning...he should get rematch out of his head. He's not a middleweight and needs to move up.

And face the bigger, heavy bangers who will come into the ring as big as Junior and neutralize the only advantage Junior has coming into the ring?

I think Chavez and his team would rather keep doing diuretics and skipping piss tests.

I'd like to think that Martinez' market value should be peaking after this fight, I don't believe he needs Junior to make big bucks, he's got other options.
The thing is with Junior, he's simply not all that talented, sure he's always got a punchers chance, but he'll always lose to skilled pugs like Martinez. I also look at Junior the way everyone else would be, if he hadn't scored the KD in the 12 round, very amateurish at times, and exposed as such.
