Frampton was ok. Unfortunately, against such a gun shy opponent in a phone box of a ring, the constant pressure was always going to be the most effective way of winning. It shouldn't be used as a yardstick to gauge how well he'd do at world level....in a bigger ring, against a world class operator who actually wants to fight.
Not knocking him, because it was a good performance, but I don't see anything particularly exceptional in him. Get the feeling he will be in some exciting fights down the line though, hopefully picking up a belt.
