Good with the press up but you must sprint faster than that, that is the only way to get stamina. It hurts but feels great and no pain no gain.![]()

Dance over to him like Tyson weaving knock his lead arm clean out of the way, towards his other arm but you step towards the opposite side, and keep moving in your opposite hip and arm and upper cut and knock him clean out with the first punch.
