Guys this is just another tax grab errr sanctioning fee grab and they are doing it right when cruiser is showing some promise. I don't understand why they bothered to move cruiser from 190 to 200 in 2001 let alone this move over a decade later. In addition there is simply not enough superheavyweights around and most of them fight like Carnera. I think its overkill and will do the reverse of what its supposed to do.

A great idea for the the syndicate that is the wbc is to stop stripping the holders they already have in the first place.
