If it's the Toney that fought Jirov I think he stops Haye late. Toney poses a very difficult matchup for Haye seeing how David doesn't like to throw a ton of punches. To beat Toney you have to outwork him, if you try to pick your shots he's counter you all night long. So I say Haye does lots of moving & feinting to try and open up JT, tires himself out in the process, and when Haye tries the looping overhand right "hayemaker" Toney rolls & counters with a left hook and Haye never recovers and stumbles around as Toney flurries for the finish.
That said, David Haye has every single attribute needed to beat James Toney. He's quicker, more powerful, more athletic....but he's got no heart & no brain.
