Froch is not getting any younger but i see him KO degale before the ninth round. Degale is quick and confident but his performance against groves made me think he lacked that killer instinct.

Would be a massive step down for Froch which at his stage of his career he has no need to do.

Plus, next year Froch will fight Bute and Kessler, then probably retire. Maybe rematch Ward if he beats the other two.

The thing is fighters nowadays are fighting 3 times a year, that's acceptable to an extent if you are Pac and you need to do all the media stuff but someone like Degale should be fighting every 6 weeks. If he could have 6 fights in the next 12 months, stepping up in class each time he does then he could enter a fight with Froch and expect to hold his own. I don't like him after the way he treated Groves he has to do a lot to redeem himself.

It's about money at this point, in his career Degale is not a big draw and Froch is no spring chicken,
