I can't see a win for Haye, for all the reasons listed above. Toney is better in every way, and I would argue he was quicker in his pomp.
Toney's chin was excellent, so Haye's puncher's chance is almost nil. Throw in Haye's stamina issues and his inability to counter or infight, I can't see how anybody can pick Haye. Haye on points? Nope. Haye knockout? Unlikely.
The Toney that beat Holyfield was magnificent. He never recovered from the injury he sustained after that fight.
